| Is anyone else having trouble in Michigan? I had my original f2f in April. I submitted a reconsult in early July. I got an email saying doctor would call, never did. Since then nothing but "management company issues" with no communication as to resolution. I am considering calling the doctors office and making an independent appointment. Is anyone else having the same issue? |

Hello, I just joined and am hoping that i understand things correctly. I paid and sent the proper materials via fax and hoping that i will be able to get an appointment with a doctor in or close to NY City? Does anyone think that this will be an issue or have any insights.

| Just so all of you are aware. There is not doctor avaiable in Denver. They will tell you there is one, take your money and leave you high and dry. |

We just added a new Dr in Michigan and Arizona and are also taking new patients in our Denver Colorado and Portland Oregon Offices.

Hi - I see that you have a Dr. availiable in Milwaukee, WI. I signed up with a site a couple of months ago and was schedulled to see a Dr. in Milwaukee. I had to drive 200 miles to get there. When I got there the Dr. never showed up. He did call me an hour later and said that he got stuck at a clinic in Michigan and I would have to reschedulle. He said he would be back in Wisconsin in 3 weeks. The company would not refund my money!
I would very much like to use your service. Does your Milwaukee doctors name start with a S and end with an N? I want to be sure that I avoid him as he already cost me $275.00. |

| I am trying to find out if there is a doctor in Washington that will see me f2f - I think you have one in Oregon, or I think you do. Let me know so I can make a decision here. My regular physician thinks that giving me muscle relaxers will alleviate the daily pain from a herniated disc and nerve damage - which has been diagnosed by a neuro-surgeon!!!! Anyway, I deviate from my original question - any services in Washington state? |

Yes... all is fine. If you read our FAQ page or use the member links on the web site you will read to simply fill out the reconsult form.. once submitted you will get replies (mostly automated) confirming receipts. Most anwers to common questions can be found on the FAQ page.. most other questions are probably Dr specific...

I actually have several questions, first is everything still running smoothly here with the OTN group? I had my F2F almost 3 months ago and will in the near future need to schedule my first telephone re-consult. I sent a help ticket yesterday and another one today and I still have heard nothing back. I have always received a reply or a phone call promptly when I sent a help ticket with a question, but not this time. I guess I am just wanting reassurance that everything is still running smoothly here and that my help ticket will be answered soon. So, if anyone could let me know it would be most appreciated. I also wanted to know how to access information about the OTN gruop on the twitter site. I used the web address given by OTN and even used the twitter search function and it came up as nothing could be found. I do not have a twitter account, so maybe that is the problem. Does anyone know? Thanks for any info. that you can give me. |

The old days are gone forever. People need to think of it as they were going to a regular (PAIN CLINIC)or a regular Doc. I never got pain meds from my regular Doc with refills. They have to document monthly that the patient is still alive and doing ok or they are get in trouble if a patient goes south. Most of them also require new verified MRIs or Scans. People need to get used to the Pain Clinic way of doing things. I don`t like it but that is the way it is and is going to be from now on. |

Hi... not sure what happened here? My apologies. We have a Dr in Brooklyn NY and we also have a Dr in Phillipsburg NJ that will see NY Patients. It is unfortunate that Central NY and Upstate NY is so difficult to get a Dr.. but if a person is willing to dr the miles then of course an appointment can be made. |

| I need some info please. I've opened couple helpdesk requests, requested a refill, requested a reconsult, left a voice message..... I understand there isn't a doc in my city or even part of the state, and am resigned to having to drive to PA or NJ (less hours than NYC), I'm sure lots of people drive hours when options are limited. I just don't know where else to go and was counting on OTN coming thru again since last time Mike went the xtra mile. Reading through other posts seems that the PA doc is or was practicing for NY. What's up? |

We are here. When did you fill out a new member questionaire and did you fax in medical records? You must cancel with the other company and forward (or have them email us directly) and cancellation of membership confirmation so there is not confusion that you are trying to work with 2 companies.. that is probably the hold up.
Did you leave us a voice mail? Did you use the help desk? If you have not used the help desk then we have no way to know the concern. If you call but do not leave a voice mail then we will not know either.
Plese use the help desk and give me details about your questions so I can take care of it. Also please get a cancellation from the other company. |

I have been trying to get an appointment with the NJ doctor in Piscatway/Lakewood and have lost several hundred dollars when i made the appointment, (Not with OTN) then they changed dates, or the doc was "out of the country" , "had death in family", it goes on. So Ive come here, registered, but I see no way to call anyone for with questions, pricing, dates available, etc. What do i do? I have recieved a few emails, but its always general.

You charged me on June 11th, I dont have the refill, I dont have a new appointment to see another doctor at the full face to face fee YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE FULL FEE TO SEE A NEW DR. I DO NOT HAVE CONTROL OVER FEES WITH THE DRS[/color].and I dont have a refund! BECAUSE YOU CHOOSE TO WAIT TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANOTHER DR? Your complaining about your job and how much work you do is unprofessional. I DONT RECALL COMPLAINING? I EXPLAINED THAT SOME CUSTOMERS/PATIENTS DO NOT REALIZE THAT I DO NOT MAKE DECISIONS ON REFILLS ETC AS IT IS DICTATED BY LAW AND POLICY. Quit if you dont like it. YOU MUST HAS MISININTERPRETED MY COMMUNICATION?.. I on the other hand have no choice but to wait you out and hope you will come around to help me. MY POINT EXACTLY. I HAVE HELPED YOU. This is not the forum for back and forth communication with me. That is what the help desk is for, however; to answer your question...
YOU ASKED ME TO SEE ABOUT OUR DR IN LAS VEGAS and to use the money as a credit towards the appointment. I DID THEN YOU WANTED CERTAIN ASSURANCES which I could not speculate on.
If you want to visit another Dr then it is simple. If not then a refund will be processed. |
