Our policy is simple... abide by the rules

without refund! By accessing or using

Netstamp does not operate, control
or endorse

the Internet in any way. Except for
Netstamp
identified information, products or
services,
all information, products and services

through the Service or on the Internet
generally
are offered by third parties that are
not
affiliated with Netstamp. While Netstamp
does check all files for viruses before
uploading
you also understand that Netstamp cannot
and does not guarantee or warrant that
files
available for downloading through the
Service
will be free of infection or viruses,
worms,
Trojan horses or other code that manifest
contaminating or destructive properties.
You are responsible for implementing
sufficient
procedures and checkpoints to satisfy
your
particular requirements for accuracy
of data
input and output, and for maintaining
a means
external to the Service for the reconstruction
of any lost data. You assume total
responsibility
and risk for your use of the Service
and
the Internet. Netstamp does not make
any
express or implied warranties, representations
or endorsements whatsoever (including
without
limitation warranties of title or non-infringement,
or the implied warranties of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose)
with
regard to the Service, any merchandise,
information
or service provided through the Service
or
on the Internet generally, and Netstamp
shall
not be liable for any cost or damage
arising
either directly or indirectly from
any such
transaction. It is solely your responsibility
to evaluate the accuracy, completeness
and
usefulness of all opinions, advice,
services,
merchandise and other information provided
through the Service or on the Internet
generally.
In other words use due-diligence when
responding
to any advertisement sent through the
Netstamp
system. Netstamp does not warrant that
the
Service will be uninterrupted or error-
free
or that defects in the Service will
be corrected.
The Service and any software made available
on the Service are provided on an "as
is, as available" basis. Netstamp
safe
list members must agree to accept E-mail
messages from other list members. Since
your
offer is mailed to other list members
who
are just like you and are trying to
tell
you about their opportunities and make
a
few bucks.. DO NOT insult them and
join using
an AUTORESPONDER, AUTO-DELETE, or "THROW-AWAY"
E-Mail address! You will be removed
immediately
without refund! If your email bounces
more
than once or we receive messages such
as
"this account has exceeded storage
allocation"
or "mailbox full" more than
twice
in 5 days your account will be deleted
and
you won't be able to use the mailer
until
you provide an email address that works
.
There are no exceptions to this. Make
sure
you only send text messages! Some people
can't receive html messages and you
don't
want them to miss out on your offer,
do you?
DO NOT post adult, obscene, indecent,
hate
related emails or illegal programs!
If you
do you will be removed immediately
without
refund! This includes 'medical miracles'
like penis enlargement from pills -
you get
enough of that in your spam email don't
you?
Do NOT advertise adult websites or
'products'
PERIOD. Read your ad. If it refers
to ANY
'adult' product in any way it will
not be
sent. PERIOD. We have a STRICT NO SPAM
POLICY!
Don't do it! You will be removed instantly,
you will lose any commissions earned,
and
you will be held responsible for any
charges
we incur as a result of the incident.
DO
NOT include your reseller site URL
in any
first contact email or post to newsgroups
that do not accept ad postings. Of
course
you CAN and are encouraged to use it
in posts
to other safelists, newsletter advertising,
autosubmission services etc. Do NOT
use it
in any of those '3 million opt-in addresses
for a buck' scams - they are NOT opt-in
they
are harvested. If you have any questions
please feel free to write and ask -
I would
rather answer questions than move servers<g>
DO NOT ACCUSE OTHER LIST MEMBERS OF
SPAMMING
YOU! You joined voluntarily. No one
forced
you to join. We have all your details
on
file in our database and will report
you
to your ISP as a trouble maker if you
do.
Plus get you banned from all list owners
lists we know. If you want to opt-out
at
any time click the remove link at the
bottom
of any email you receive from Netstamp.
Your
address and details will be removed
permanently.
If you need to change your email address
for any reason LOGIN to your account
and
change the details in our admin area.
